Well this is free host. Well first of all in this hosting it is interesting not plan but their referral offer. They offer 5$ for each sign-up. I see that many people believe that they will get these money so they are promoting this web host on forums. People how can you believe in this? 5$ for nothing? Stop being so stupid!
No let’s talk about hosting. First of all it’s plan. 000webhost gives you 250 MB of web space, and 100 GB of bandwidth. Well that isn’t so bad. They also let you to host unlimited domain names, as well as they give you cPanel and don’t put any banners to your site, and finally they give Fantastico Autoinstaller.
Well all those things would be good, but this webhost is slow, well sometimes speed may look normal, but most of the time speed is slower than turtle.
Overall I don’t suggest you to use this host, even that they offer so much bandwidth, better use awardspace or freehostia, or other free host if you don’t want to pay for host
