Well 110mb offers amazing amount of space and bandwidth. They give 5Gb of space and 300 GB of bandwidth. But they let you to host only one domain name, this is really bad. They have option to upgrade plan, but that doesn’t let you to host more domain names.
Another good thing that they don’t add to your site any banners. Well that would be nice free host, but there are some disadvantages. First of all this host is quite slow. Second thing is that they don’t support .htaccess/.htpasswd and finally the don’t give cPanel, well the last thing for most of the people is not a problem. But somehow I love cPanel and without it host looks uncomfortable for me.
Few more things to mention, while others limit maximum allowed file size to only 500 KB, 100mb lets you to have files in your site up to 8MB size. Also they have 1-Click Application Installer that could really be useful for inexperienced web creator
