I decided to write some posts, which will help you to choose good host. In Part 1 I will talk about hosting support and how it is important.
Well first of all when you are thinking to choose host find out what support they offer. The best thing would be that they would offer support threw: e-mails, telephone, life support in web page and support with all kinds of messengers. Unfortunately many hosts just says that they will help you in these ways, but they are never online, and you can expect help only after some days. Before buying any hosting plan just test their support. Write an e-mail with simple question, for example “can I upgrade plan any time” or something similar, try to call them by phone with simple questions or just contact them with msn. If you will see that you get all your answers quickly, than you will be sure that support is good and all your problems will be fixed as soon as possible
